Job DetailsWe are seeking a California-licensed attorney (dual CA/NV license preferred) to handle California workers’ compensation cases from Nevada. This Remote role offers flexibility and a chance to work in a supportive, tech-forward environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a full caseload of CA workers’ comp cases
- Conduct WCAB proceedings remotely or in person
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team
- Leverage hybrid/shared office space in Las Vegas
What We’re Looking For:
- Active CA Bar license (NV license a plus)
- Experience in workers’ compensation or defense-side WC
- Strong research, negotiation, and litigation skills
- Spanish language skills a plus
